Some NoiStop examples

A NoiStop element consists of a core of special pressed, water resistant and UV sustainable stone wool. The elements are both noise-insulating and noise- absorbing.

NoiStop Green
NoiStop green acoustic wall consists of a specialized stone wool held in place by a galvanized steel frame and highly durable polythene webbing... The frames can be mounted and so on.

NoiStop Wood
NoiStop wood acoustic wall, the stone wool core has an aluminium casing, onto which wooden slats are attached. These slats are made of impregnated Redwood... The frames can be mounted and so on.

These screens can be made to measure. For these screens no isolation tape is needed.

Guarantee
The elements have a maintenance free and expected life of at least 25 year. The weight is approx. 25 kg/m2. The guarantee period is 5 years.

Noise reduction
Depending on the height, width and place of the elements a noise reduction between 9 and 12dB can be realised. This comes down to a reduction of 50% of the experienced noise.

Sound isolation Rw: 24 dB (ISO 717-1:1996) Sound absorption 6.8 DLa

Fire classification
Class A1 (EN 13501-1). Tested by the European Fire & Conductivity Laboratory.

Installation
The installation of the elements is possible without lifting equipment.
The elements are mounted on the posts with screws. The maximum height without using lifting equipment is 270 cm (3 elements of 90 cm). When the wall should be higher that lifting equipment is necessary. A element has metal work of 4cm, which has pre-drilled holes of 5mm. These are used for mounting the elements on the posts. These posts need to be 90mm thick at least. Mobilane doesn't deliver posts of this size.
